About Car Spec Sheet

Car Spec Sheet is an independent reference for car maintenance specs: oil capacity and type, tire pressure and size, key fob batteries, fuel tank size, lug nut torque and more. Every value comes from the manufacturer’s owner’s manual for that model year, and every page shows the manual page it came from so you can check it yourself.

Why it exists

Searching for a simple spec usually turns up pages that disagree with each other and cite nothing. A wrong oil capacity or tire pressure costs money or worse, so this site does the opposite: one value per version, quoted from the manual, with the page number.

How the specs are sourced

Manuals come from the manufacturers’ own owner sites, or archived copies of the manufacturers’ own PDFs where a year is no longer online. Values are extracted with AI assistance, checked automatically against the printed page, and spot-checked against the manual before each make is published. The full process is on How we source specs.

Corrections

If a value doesn’t match your manual, please tell us on the corrections page. Confirmed errors are fixed and listed there. Car Spec Sheet is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer; always confirm with your own manual, dipstick or door-jamb label.
